Story
In March 2025, Sarah underwent brain surgery to remove a meningioma (a type of brain tumour). The months since have been a mix of recovery, reflection, and deep gratitude.
Throughout it all, The Brain Tumour Charity has been an incredible source of support - providing information, reassurance, and a sense that we weren’t alone in what can feel like an overwhelming journey. They’re doing life-changing work every day, funding research and helping families like ours find hope and clarity when it matters most.
Now that Sarah’s recovery is well underway, we wanted to give something back - to help the charity continue its mission to improve treatments, support more families, and ultimately find a cure.
So we’re lacing up our running shoes and taking on a Half Marathon together - something that felt impossible just a few months ago. Every step will be for Sarah, for everyone living with a brain tumour, and for the brilliant people working tirelessly to make things better.
If you can, please donate - big or small, it all helps the charity to help more people.
Thank you for your support,
Tom & Sarah
