In September 2026 a team of 6 people - Myself, Katherine, Finbarr, Jamie, Oliver & Dave will be taking on a challenge known as the Enduroman Arch 2 Arc London to Paris. It is said to be the worlds hardest triathlon that consists of :

Running - 87 miles from London Marble Arch to Dover

Swimming - 21 miles across the English Channel

Cycling - 181 miles from Calais to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris

I am doing this because I clearly make excellent life choices… After shoulder surgery I decided that gentle rehab and sensible hobbies were overrated and what I really needed was a brand new, slightly bonkers challenge. I’ve massively missed swimming, can’t run and I’m rarely seen on a bike, so naturally the only reasonable solution was to throw myself into the Arch2Arc and swim a modest stretch of open water—because “dip your toe back in” just isn’t my style. And obviously, with two kids and a business to run, I’m practically overflowing with spare time.

I am also doing this to raise money for Aspire; Aspire provides practical help to people who have been paralysed by spinal cord injuries, supporting them from injury to independence.
