On Sunday 14th May, I will be competing in the Staines 10K run, to raise funds for the Prax Foundation Roots. Our aim, for orphans in Sri Lanka and eventually for orphans everywhere, is to eliminate sickness and poverty and to provide care, education, security and sustenance so that they may have the opportunity to live happy, fulfilling and productive lives.

We also support the London Soup Kitchen, Hounslow Food Bank and several School Breakfast Clubs
