Pepsico Finance team are taking on a "virtual" 350 mile cycle challenge around our sites from Skelmersdale to Green Park via Pipers, Lincoln, Coventry and Leicester on static bikes outside the canteen in Green Park on Tuesday 23rd April raising money for Reading Samaritans.

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England and 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (like anxiety and depression) in any given week in England. Over the course of a lifetime 1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts, 1 in 14 people self harm and 1 in 15 people attempt suicide.

Samaritans are the only 24/7 suicide prevention charity working across the UK and Republic of Ireland, with 22,000 volunteers in 200 branches answering a call for help every 10 seconds. 7 out of 10 callers say Samaritans made them feel more hopeful about the future.
