Katharine House Hospice provides specialist palliative care for adults with incurable illnesses.

This hospice is important to me - I have worked as part of the ward team, and as part of the community team, overall for about 8 years. My experience there was formative in many ways, giving me the experience and confidence to take a role as a nurse in a 'Hospice at Home' charity, Lawrence Nurses, based in Chipping Norton.

I am planning for and training for this walk in October, just 9 months away.
