My buddy Tuck has been running & hiking by my side for eight years and has covered close to 12,000 miles on roads, trails, and mountains from northern Maine down to South Carolina, out the West Coast and back. He's the kind of pup who can be hard to adopt because of his high energy level and penchant for mischief when he's not focused on running. I chose Running for Rescues because they support the hard to adopt cases -- animals who have high vet bills (a situation Tuck has helped me to be way too familiar with) or who need transport, or anything really that will help them to find a home. Tuck has added so much to our home that I want the same for others.

On November 4 I will be running six hours at Hamster Wheel. I am motivating myself to run 30+ miles (a distance Tuck has covered with me!) by pledging $10/mile to RfR. I would love any amount that you could help out with!
