In 2026 I will be taking part in a Northern Lights Trek in support of Beat, the UK's eating disorder charity.

In May 2025 I will, hopefully, be completing a Tough Mudder as step 1 in fundraising.

Beat supports anyone with an eating disorder, their friends and family, as well as professionals working with or worried about an individual in their care.
