Our dad would have been celebrating his 70th birthday in September, sadly he passed away in February 2025 after fighting MS for 30 odd years.

To remember our amazing dad me and Scott are both running 70 miles each through September to try and raise money for The Peedie Retreat.

The Peedie Retreat is an Orkney charity with the ambition of building and running a fully accessible, bespoke, accommodation for Orkney residents affected by Cancer or Multiple Sclerosis.

You might see some more Coopers and Cowes popping up over the month with their own challenges in memory of their father in law and grandad. Keep your eyes peeled 👀
