In June 2027, I'll be taking on Velindre's brand-new Statue of Liberty Swim Challenge.

The open water swim offers the incredible opportunity to swim around the Statue of Liberty herself.

Velindre is a place that means more to me than I can put into words.

It’s where people I love have received outstanding care, compassion, and treatment during some of the most difficult times of our lives. The dedication, skill, and kindness shown by the staff made a lasting impact on my family, and it’s one of the reasons I’m so proud to now work there myself.

Every day, I see firsthand the difference this hospital makes — not just through cutting-edge treatment, but through the humanity and hope it gives to patients and their families.
