Move Your Way in May is a chance to get active in a way that works for us – while helping someone else get the right information and support from the day of diagnosis.
We are completing this challenge in memory of our lovely mum/aunt/sister Rosie Dickens, nee Phelan, whom we lost to MS 20 years ago.
We've each chosen different "Move Your Way" challenges, including:
Daily mini workouts: Sarah (who has had MS for 20 years but thanks to OMS is still healthy) will be doing short strength training workouts and short yoga practices on alternate days in May.
Italian walking/hiking: a bunch of us will be walking around Pompeii & Herculaneum and hiking up Vesuvius in May.
Bedtime stretches: some of us will be building a new habit in May of stretches before bedtime, for a more comfortable night's sleep and a bouncier morning!
