Along with a fabulous group of 30 people, Helen, Vicky, Julie and Sarah are off to Vietnam. We will trek through the northern hills in the Pu Luong nature reserve area and spend two days working in the community to support a small palliative care unit.

We will be funding the full cost of the trip ourselves, so all funds raised will go directly to support St Oswald's Hospice. We are fundraising for St Oswald's Hospice in memory of Alex Dryden, so that they can continue to provide their wonderful services.
