We all know parenting isn't the easiest job in the world! Some days all we need is for someone to listen to us and help us find solutions to the challenges that parenting brings. Not everyone has someone that can support them in their parenting journey.

Parent Buddies provides a confidential listening ear and one to one support for any parent or carer, helping to empower parents and strengthen family life.

Ezra, Aunty Gemma and I are participating in this 1 mile family run to raise money so more parents can be supported, creating a happier family environment.

If you know me, you know I don't run, and this is my first race, so it will probably be easier for Ezra than for me, it is also Aunty Gemma's first sports event since her knee operation last year... our biggest challenge will be keeping up with Ezra's Sonic speed!!
