As a team, we’re incredibly proud to be supporting Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.

This remarkable charity provides advanced critical care to people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight when they need it most. Their highly skilled crews of doctors, paramedics, and pilots can reach the scene of a serious incident within minutes, delivering lifesaving treatment at the most critical moments.

For those living on the Isle of Wight, the Air Ambulance is a vital lifeline — often transferring critically ill or injured patients from the local hospital to specialist trauma centres on the mainland. It’s a service many of us hope we’ll never need, but one that can make all the difference in an emergency.

Thanks to an incredible team effort — including Loren’s skydive and a series of coffee mornings — we’ve already raised over £5,000 for this lifesaving service. We’re so grateful to everyone who has donated, attended events, or supported us along the way.

To continue building on this momentum, in January I’ll be taking on a personal challenge to run 93 km across the month (around 58 miles) — averaging 3 km a day, but with flexibility to fit around family life, winter evenings, and recovery. This is a careful and meaningful way for me to return to running while raising further funds and awareness.
