Myself and Jen are running the Berlin half marathon on the 6th of April 2025.

We wanted to raise money for Glangwili hospital, Carmarthen, Intensive care unit. They're hoping to build a garden for patients to enjoy and help recovery. Mum loved her garden and we wanted to do something to help others, to remember mum and to say thank you to everyone who looked after her. The staff supported us and cared brilliantly for mum over the 4 days they looked after her, before she passed away just after New Year. We can't thank them enough.
