This September I am hitting the big 5 0 so to 'celebrate' I am running the 50km Thames Path Ultra Challenge on Saturday 14th September - by far the toughest thing I have ever done.

As well as celebrating getting old, I am also raising money for Yarmouth Greyhound Homefinders, a wonderful charity who care for and home greyhounds, including my boy Bert and my much missed Asher & Gad.

Any donations will be gratefully received to help YGH continue with their fabulous work (and will give me inspiration when my feet are blistering and legs are aching as I tackle the 50km!)
