13 years on - I'm back for my 4th London Marathon!

So proud to be running for Alzheimers Research UK (ARUK), the UK's leading dementia research charity. Like so many of us, I've seen first hand the devastation this cruel disease causes, not just for the individual, but family and friends too.

We are Team ARUK and we're running for a cure, to support our scientists and researchers in their ground-breaking work, diagnosing and treating dementia.

Training is going well and the long runs are starting to ramp up! I so appreciate any donation you're able to make - every penny goes directly to Alzheimer's Research.
