Story
I will be taking part in the midnight walk this year the day before the anniversary of my best friend Rachel’s dear mam, Pauline. Which will finish on her anniversary. In 2023 Pauline was diagnosed with lung cancer, and after a short but brutal battle she sadly lost her life. Rachel supported her mam amazingly throughout this, and in Paulines final hours, she wished to be at Teesside hospice. Their support was absolutely fantastic, both for Pauline and for Rachel. Please help Teesside Hospice and donate to this important cause and help more families in their time of need. Thank you xx
Light up the night and walk in memory of your loved ones.
Our Midnight Walk is back for 2026! Light up the streets of Redcar and Marske with your friends and family, while raising money in memory of your loved ones for Teesside Hospice.
After raising almost £80,000 in 2025 with over 700 walkers, we’re ready to make this year’s walk even more impactful and fun.
Our mission is to help families make the most of every day, creating lasting memories and experiences. By walking 11km through Redcar and Marske in the middle of the night, you’ll be helping create more memories for those living with a life limiting illness in Teesside.
Why your support matters:
Teesside Hospice exists to support people living with a terminal illness, helping them live as well as possible, for as long as possible.
