The 5K Allergy Buddy Walk – raising awareness, remembering lives, and looking towards a safer future
We’re taking part in the 5K Allergy Buddy Walk to raise awareness of food allergies, celebrate the life-changing importance of Natasha’s Law, and fundraise to help create a future without food allergy.
Six of us will be making our way through York city centre, turning our walk into an opportunity to talk, raise awareness and help others understand just how serious food allergy can be.
We’re especially proud to be doing this as part of our weekend of celebrations for the amazing Maxine North, Ambassador for the Natasha’s Foundation. 💛
But alongside the celebrations, we will also be remembering two beautiful young lives who should still be here today, Jess North and Natasha, both tragically lost to food allergy, along with far too many others.
Their stories remind us why awareness matters. Why Natasha’s Law matters. And why we must continue working towards a world where no family has to experience such devastating loss.
So, as we walk through York, we’ll be walking for awareness, walking in memory, and walking for change.
💛 6 people. 5K. One very important cause.
If you’re able to support us with a donation, a share, or simply by helping us spread the message about food allergy, we’d be incredibly grateful.
For Jess. For Natasha. For Maxine and her family. For every family affected by food allergy. And for a safer future. 💛
