This National Epilepsy week (18-24 May), take part in a virtual Step Challenge and conquer your chosen mountain. Split the distance with friends, family or work colleagues as part of a team or take on the challenge as a solo virtual mountaineer.

On October 8th my good friend Zoe Miller and I will once again be taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon, raising funds for Epilepsy Action.

This is in memory of my much loved cousin Megan, who was sadly taken 5 years ago after suffering an epileptic seizure.
