I'm walking the London Life Hike on the 26th September, with my daughter, sister and Charlotte, to raise funds for the London Heart Starters campaign by London Ambulance Charity along the way.

Without the ambulance service and a defibrillator my 26 year old son, Sam, wouldn't have been able to meet his daughter who was born 4 days after his cardiac arrest.

This campaigns funds and places life-saving defibrillators in the heart of London communities and then trains the community of how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.
