I’m proud to work at CEDA—a truly amazing charity that provides vital services for disabled people across Devon. I’ve been part of the team for nearly three decades working in many roles over the years, including setting up CEDA’s Community Services in 2011 and leading it for many years. It’s brought me an enormous sense of purpose and job satisfaction—and introduced me to some of the best people I’ve ever met.

More recently, I’ve become involved in fundraising, and that’s inspired me to launch my own challenge: The Big CEDA Swim!

Between July and September 2025, I’m aiming to swim 10km in total. I’ll be doing this in chunks of around 1km, and I’ll keep track of my progress with screenshots from my smartwatch as evidence.
