Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We found out that Jude had Down Syndrome just after he was born, to start with it was a scary and daunting time. We were given the details of a support group - Bolton Smiley Faces and went to our first meet up when Jude was just a few weeks old.

Being around so many other families who had been in our position and knew exactly how we felt was a huge support to us and meeting some of the most beautiful and happy children stopped us being so afraid of the future.

Having this group so far has been invaluable to us and we know it will continue to be such a huge part of our lives.

For World Down Syndrome day we would like to raise money for Bolton Smiley Faces, they are not government funded so rely on donations to be able to continue their support for so many families.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
