It's not just hair… Hair loss can have a profound impact on someones confidence, identity and mental health. HAIR REBORN offers support, advice & free hairstyling services for people suffering hair loss as a result of cancer chemotherapy treatment.

Story

I’m taking on the Glowwa 10 Peak Challenge and I’m not going to lie, this is completely out of my comfort zone.

It’s an 18 mile hike, around 10 hours, across 10 peaks… and if you know me, you’ll know I look after my body, but this is a whole different level.I will not be backing out, and if I'm doing it, I’m doing the full 10 and I’m doing it supporting something that genuinely matters.

As hairdressers, we see every single day how much hair impacts how someone feels. It’s a part of our identity and is how someone recognises themselves, imagine losing that.

Hair Reborn is a charity offering free haircare support to people experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy. They provide advice, guidance, and styling support as hair begins to grow back, helping people feel like themselves again during a time that is anything but easy.

This isn’t about vanity it's about dignity, confidence, and giving someone a small piece of themselves back when everything else feels out of their control. We’re raising money to help Hair Reborn expand their services so more people can access this support when they need it most.

If you’ve ever sat in my chair, followed my work, or just want to support something that genuinely makes a difference, I’d be so grateful for anything you can give.

And if not… PLEASE wish me luck, because 18 miles and 10 peaks is going to test me in ways I haven’t experienced before.

Thank you so much for your support.
