Story

From £1 to £100 or more, here are some of the ways you'll make a difference and empower people affected by MS, Parkinson's and those that have experienced a stroke to live happier and healthier lives.

£2 could pay for tea and cake that can help someone who feels isolated to open up to others in our friendly and supportive environment

£5 could pay for materials for our hand therapy class helping someone to ease the stiffness in their hands so they can continue to do everyday tasks we take for granted, like brushing their teeth.

£7 could pay for an exercise class to help a grandparent maintain their fitness so they can continue to enjoy time playing with their grandchildren

£20 could pay for time with our occupational therapist so a parent can understand and manage their fatigue to enable then to keep walking their children to school.

£30 could pay for oxygen for a day, helping up to 20 people to feel more energised to do something that they love, like walking their dog.
