I'm taking on the 3 peaks challenge fundraising for Smile Group a Charity organisation offering Perinatal Mental Health community support to families in need.

Struggling a little more than I thought at the time, shortly after the birth of my son, my health visitor introduced me to the Smile Group. The group helped me understand the way I was feeling and supported me to lift my cloud.

I may not reach my target but I’m aiming high, doing what I can, to help the team at Smile continue to provide this invaluable family support.
