Holly’s Active Stars was founded in 2023 in loving memory of Holly Fairchild, who died unexpectedly aged 16, after developing extremely rare complications during anaesthetic recovery following a minor operation. Holly loved being active, and football was her greatest passion. Her parents set up the charity to ensure that Holly’s spirit lives on by ensuring others can enjoy and benefit from sport too.
