Join Team Dementia UK for the 2026 London Landmarks Half Marathon. Together we are running for more dementia specialist Admiral Nurses who provide life-changing care for families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease.

Story

In April 2026, Dot, Sarah and Julianne will be taking on the challenge of running the London Landmarks half Marathon. This will be Dot and Sarah’s first ever half Marathon!!!
