On Sunday 21st September, myself and my daughter Alina will be taking on the Symonds Yat Challenge — all to raise vital funds to support women and children experiencing domestic abuse.

This incredible multi-activity challenge will see our team:

🛶 Canoeing 8 miles along the River Wye from Kerne Bridge to Symonds Yat Rapids

🥾Then hiking to King Arthur’s Cave and up to the iconic Symonds Yat Rock, before looping back - totalling a 3 hour hike!

Every stroke and step will help fund life-saving services, safe refuge, and a path to recovery and freedom.
