For those that know me, you know I love running, im not great, im not fast but I do enjoy it!

What better way to challenge my doubtful little self than to sign up for a half marathon with my wonderful husband too!

Staffordshire Women's Aid is a local charity that helps women suffering at the hands of domestic abuse, unfortunately for those who don't know me that well I know all too well from my past relationship how horrendous this can be.

I also sadly know other women that are suffering/have suffered with all forms of domestic abuse which breaks my heart!

I'd love to raise money for such a worthy cause and help somehow.
