Story
As some of you know, I’ve been having cancer treatment for a year now and the medical treatment I have received at QE Birmingham has been phenomenal. They are helped massively by the wonderful Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity (QEHB), which supports all aspects of the hospital. From funding life-saving transplant equipment, to toys for kids with cancer, to free snacks & hot drinks for cancer patients such as me when we go for treatment, they support cancer patients at every step. All money raised will go to their Oncology Department at the QEHB. Their link is here if you want to know more….
I’ll be fundraising for this wonderful charity by following in the footsteps of the now famous Man Utd fan, and I won’t be cutting my hair until my beloved West Bromwich Albion FC go for 5 games unbeaten! For reference, we haven’t done this since Oct 2024 and this year we are in the relegation zone in the EFL Championship, having hardly won a game!
I’d be delighted if you could support me in this crazy endeavour and donate whatever you can. Every single £ helps support cancer patients across the Midlands – including me.
I’ll be posting regular updates on socials and hopefully it won’t be as long at the 470+ days that the Man Utd fan has endured. You can see my starting photo on here and on Instagram @sarahrobbo11
