Story
Thank you for visiting this page dedicated to our wonderful Mum, Grandma, and dear friend Christine, who passed away on 17th May 2026.
Christine was a truly special person. As a devoted Mum and Grandma, she was incredibly bright, friendly, and positive, loving her family and friends more than anything (though a good game of tennis followed closely behind!). Mum always loved a party and would often be both the first and the last person on the dance floor. Anyone who knew her will always remember her for her incredible warmth, her beautiful smile, and her infectious laughter.
While our hearts are heavy with her passing, we want to focus on celebrating her vibrant life and giving back to those who cared for her so profoundly at the end.
Supporting St Gemma’s Hospice
In her final days, Christine was cared for by the incredible team at St Gemma’s Hospice.
We truly cannot put into words how grateful we are for the warmth, dignity, and compassion they showed not only to Mum, but to our entire family. St Gemma’s provided a sanctuary of peace and comfort when we needed it most, ensuring Christine’s final journey was tranquil and surrounded by love.
