Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m raising money for Mind, a mental health charity very close to many of our hearts across the nation.

Mental health affects people from all walks of life, and it can impact anyone, at any time. I truly believe that everyone deserves to feel happy and healthy — not just in their bodies, but in their minds too.

After losing close friends Ryan & Mike to mental health struggles, I felt compelled to try and raise awareness for them and for everyone still fighting silently, I’ve decided to try and some raise money by doing something that helps me personally cope with the daily stresses of life — something that keeps both my body and my mind strong.

If you can spare even a couple of pounds, it would make a difference to an invaluable charity that supports so many people in need.
