As many of you know, I lost my Mum in January this year after being diagnosed with breast cancer. She received amazing care from St Luke's Hospice for the last 10 days of her life. They also looked after me whilst I was visiting her. That's why, on the 19th July, I will attach myself to another human and jump out of a plane!
