KAPOW! This summer, the incredible White Lodge Superhero Squad is taking on the 2025 Superhero Tri — a fully inclusive triathlon event like no other!

Our Superheroes are children and adults with disabilities, each teaming up with their trusted Sidekicks (our amazing staff, family and friends) to swim, cycle or walk their way to glory. Whether using wheelchairs, adapted bikes, floats or just sheer determination — everyone is included, every effort celebrated.

From seasoned adult members to young stars in our Play and Youth Clubs, every Superhero is taking part to raise vital funds for White Lodge — a place where people of all ages and abilities find support, friendship, therapy, laughter, independence, and joy.
