Abigail is taking part in 'Ride for Helen 2026' on 10th May. Abigail started training with her Dad, Stuart, in December for the 30 mile bike ride in the beautiful Essex countryside. It will be the furthest she has cycled in a day!

Helen Rollason Cancer Charity supports adults living with cancer across Essex at any point of their journey, this can be at diagnosis, throughout treatment and after treatment is completed. As well as caring for those facing the diagnosis we also support their loved ones.
