My Name is Sarah,

After a spontaneous participation in a half marathon in Marrakech, I got the running fever and a new entry on my bucketlist was added: running a marathon.

Finally - the premier will be on September 24th: the Berlin marathon.

In my daily work at Abbott in the structural heart division, I see a wide variety of heart diseases and their impact in life. At Abbott we have the Little heroes program which is working closely with Chain of hope since 2019 who are treating children with heart defect. That’s why I want to support with my run our Little heroes program at Abbott to provide even more children a healthy start in life.
