We are a group of ex Footballers and Rugby players from Loughor/Gorseinon mostly aged 60+ called Raggys Ramblers. We enjoy getting together a few times a year to walk or swim to raise money for different charities. On the 21st December we have a walk from Loughor Rugby club to Burry Port, and the 28th is the Doggy Dip swim at Caswell Bay. This also helps with our mental and physical health,catching up with old friends. Every dog deserves a good home, let's help those trying to achieve this.

West Wales Poundies is a small registered charity dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in council pounds. After dogs arrive at the pound the dogs have just 7 days to be claimed by their owners. After the 7 days have passed, if there is a space available, they will come into the care of West Wales Poundies Dog Rescue. If there isn't space they may be destroyed. WWP provide a lifeline to the pound dogs. A small number of dogs come into our care via other circumstances
