Trinity hospice holds a special place in mine and my families heart. The team cared for my mum in her last few days of life with compassion, empathy and mostly gave my mum the dignity she deserved, of which we are eternally grateful.

Both myself and my sister along with family members will be taking part in the ‘Glow Walk 2025’ to raise money to support such an amazing network of people who care for our family and friends at special times.
