Sarah's fundraiser for The Upholders Charity & Fine Cell Work

Sarah Winyard is raising money for Fine Cell Work

Lloyds of London charity abseil · 10 July 2025

Fine Cell Work is a charity which makes beautiful handmade products in British prisons. Teaching prisoners high-quality needlework boosts their self-worth, instils self-discipline, fosters hope and encourages them to lead independent, crime-free lives.

Story

I am participating in an abseil down the Lloyds of London building in aid of charity!

Funds will go to The Upholders charity who provide burseries for students undertaking the AMSUF Diploma Courses.( Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers ) who are financially challenged to the extent that they may not start or complete their course.

Plus Fine Cell Work who provide amazing work in prisons teaching people embroidery work. Their work involves rehabilitation of people in prison and prison leavers and we are working with them closely on the Circle of Life Project and the St. Paul’s Project

All donations will be greatly appreciated.
