The Know Thyself Charitable Trust has been set up as a legacy to my cousin Tom Vaughan who drowned tragically in 2019 at the age of just 34 whilst living and working in LA. Tom was a great networker who thrived on bringing people together and seeing those connections develop either socially or professionally. He had stated a clear ambition to help young people achieve mental wellbeing through self-understanding and preparedness for their careers and lives ahead .
