Julie & Sarah are at it again - trying to raise as much money as possible for CASPA with fourdaysrunning and fourdayswalking This year our adventures take us to The Solent Way - running around 110km (68 miles) or walking around 80km (50 miles)!!

This amazing & diverse group - with varying abilities - support each other - come rain or shine - to complete this immense challenge - all to raise money for this incredible charity.

CASPA is a unique, rapidly growing and award winning charity that was set up in 2002, based in Bromley, providing support to autistic children and young people, and also to their families. It has grown to support autistic adult and their families too!
