This Dementia Action Week I want to help raise awareness and support the local work to help those with Dementia feel included in our community. Any amount you can give will make a difference!

I'm raising funds for Minehead Dementia Action, who support local people and aims to support inclusion in our community by volunteer led weekly activities, events and more - with no government support or huge funding sources of income.

Dementia Action Week is an awareness week that encourages people to better understand dementia, reduce stigma and help those affected feel more supported and included in their communities. It is also a chance to remind people that support is available and that no one should feel they have to face memory loss or caring responsibilities alone.
