Story

My netball teammate Cath is turning 50 this year and wanted to do something to mark the occasion.

On Saturday 2 September I will be joining Cath and a group of 10 women to walk the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. The Challenge is a 24-miles round trip route, and includes 1585m of ascent to be completed in under 12 hours!

I've done no training, and I have little time left to do any. Unless walking around Disneyland Paris on my holiday counts?

Between us we will be raising money for Breast Cancer Now and Bowel Cancer UK. I will be raising money for Breast Cancer Now and the group target is £1,000.
