Story
As a final-year Fine Arts student at Northumbria University, I am passionate about creating art that raises awareness about important issues. I am currently working on a project that explores the intersection of the Vogue Ballroom scene and the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and I want to do more than just create art.
That's why I am reaching out to you today to share my plans for a fundraising 10-mile run (taking place from 10/05/23 to the 30/05/23) that will benefit the Blue Sky Trust, a charity that provides support and care for those affected by HIV/AIDS in the North East and Cumbria.
My project focuses on the resilience and strength of the Vogue Ballroom community in the face of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and I believe that the Blue Sky Trust's mission aligns perfectly with my goals.
By raising funds for this incredible charity, I hope to make a difference in the lives of those living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in the North East and Cumbria.
I would be honoured if you would consider supporting my efforts by donating to the Blue Sky Trust and helping me to spread the word about this important cause. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by HIV/AIDS in the UK. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards, Saranne Scott.
