At a time when governments across the world are cutting international aid programs, I think it is more important than ever that ordinary people step up. For this reason, I'm running a half marathon to help raise funds for Concern Worldwide.

The most distance I've ever run was a 10K more than two years ago, so running more than double that will be more challenging than anything I've ever done before!
