Story
I had been growing my hair since Jan 2019 to donate them, so that a wig can be made and donated to a cancer patient who has lost their hair during chemotherapy. I have decided to donate my hair, and in addition fundraise for The Little Princess Trust.
The Little Princess Trust offer a free, real hair wig to help restore a child's confidence and their identity that was lost due to their hair fall during chemotherapy or from some other condition.
It usually takes between 12-16 different hair donations and £550 to provide a real-hair wig, free of charge, to one of the recipients. So please grow your hair and donate if you can too. I have saved so much time (approximate 12 trips) and money (minimum £200) by not going to a hairdresser for a haircut. Just tying a pony tail and trimming the split ends once in a while at home.
JustGiving sends your donation straight to The Little Princess Trust and automatically reclaims Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer, so your donation is worth even more.
Every little help, so please donate whatever you can. I am happy to collect cash from you and donate on your behalf, please let me know.
Thank you for your support and help making one's life as normal as possible
