In July 2023 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I've since had a mastectomy and am on hormone therapy. I have a few more small ops to go but I'm so lucky it was found early.

On May 5 I'm taking part in WalkWithMe. We are raising funds for the marvellous Maggie's Centre Oxford which provides brilliant help, advice and support for anyone with a cancer diagnosis - supporting them with treatment and managing their everyday lives.

I had a second op at the end of March which has meant I have not been able to train as much as I would like, so I will be walking 15 miles of the 26 mile course.

Please help me raise as much money as possible for this wonderful cause to help others who receive a cancer diagnosis and have their lives turned upside down.
