On the 3rd of June we received the unfortunate news that our good friend Ethan Buckett took his own life. He was a kind, respectful and amicable individual that always put others first before himself and we all grew close with him as we got to know him even more.

We have decided with the collective help of Ethan's friends and family to raise awareness regarding men's mental health as it can often be overlooked in today's society. On the 28th of July, one of our teammates ran the Tough Mudder, working alongside AndysmanclubUK to raise over £400 for this cause!

On the 10th of August, we have decided as a collective to host a charity football game (Barmy Army FC vs ADMC) to raise even more funds and support around the stigmas of men's mental health. Any contributions big or small to the charity will be very much appreciated and will go a long way to open up new support groups for men around the UK.
