In memory of our beautiful girl, Isla.

Myself and Harlowe are taking part in the moonlight memory walk, raising vital funds for this incredible charity.

As many of you are aware, Isla passed away 16th October 2022 peacefully with her family around her at Charlton farm.

Having to make that decision to go to Charlton farm was horrendous, one minute everything seemed OK, next I was being told I had to make a decision and fast.

But, it was the best decision I made. Not only did they look after Isla incredibly, they also looked after us all. Reuben was 8 days old when we went to Charlton farm, and everyone there was so welcoming and helpful. They arranged doctors for me, midwifes, health visitors, whatever we needed, they sorted it.

Isla had the best week here, she went swimming and did all the things she loved. Harlowe remembers everything, and joined in with Isla, creating special memories.

Every member of staff was just incredible. The worst time of our lives was made a little better by the staff and everyone at Charlton farm.

I couldn't think of a better charity to raise money for, one that we have experienced first hand.

Harlowe has the best memories here, with Isla, doing fun activities; The zoo, pumpkin carving, swimming, soft play; just to name a few!
