This family has been through unimaginable hardships, fleeing their home country of Sri Lanka due to ethnic cleansing and seeking refuge in Thailand before finally finding safety here in the United States.

The family consists of hardworking parents and three children, one of whom is autistic. They have faced severe mental and physical injuries as a result of the traumas they have endured. Despite their resilience, they are still struggling to rebuild their lives.

I have had the privilege of knowing this family for a few years now, and I have witnessed firsthand their determination to create a better future for themselves and their children. However, they lack the financial resources to finish fixing up their home, specifically their basement.

That's why I am reaching out to you today. By donating to this cause, you can make a significant impact on this family's life. Your contribution will go directly towards completing the renovations needed in their basement, providing them with a safe and comfortable living space.
